Open Air Community Services respects the privacy, dignity, and confidentiality of all individuals, including the people who use our services, employees, contractors, members, and business partners. We are committed to safeguarding the personal information that is provided to us. Open Air Community Services adheres to the Australian Privacy Principles (APP) and the National Disability Insurance Scheme Practice Standards.
Open Air Community Services will only collect and release information about a Participant with consent from the Participant and/or their Representative/Nominee, except in specified circumstances including emergencies or as required or permitted by law.
Open Air Community Services collects information from Participants that is relevant to service delivery to ensure the highest quality of support provision.
We will respect and protect the dignity and right to privacy of all Participants, staff members, and contractors at all times.
All employees of Open Air Community Services have a responsibility to ensure that personal information is handled in a way that complies with this policy.

Feedback and Complaints
At Open Air Community Services, we value all feedback, including compliments and complaints relating to every aspect of our service and support delivery. Feedback provides an opportunity to evaluate and improve our services, ensuring that Participants receive the quality of support they expect and are entitled to. We want to know what we are doing well and where we can improve.
Participants and/or their representatives can raise a complaint, compliment, or provide feedback directly to any Open Air Community Services team member. Alternatively, they may speak with someone they trust, such as a peer worker or independent advocate, who can pass this iformation on to us on their behalf. Feedback can also be provided via:
